I was intimidated by the ingredients list but it turns out it’s all things I had on hand and it was so simple to make!! Perfect for this in between weather where I need some extra warmth before spring decides to come. Thanks for the recipe!

Hey Melissa, I’m at work right now and just came across this recipe for Taco Soup. It sounds delicious. I just happen to have all the ingredients to make this delicious soup tonight, and since I’m all by myself tonight I think I’ll make a big pot of this soup and have it for my dinner and lunch tomorrow, and send some over to my neighbor who is not well she has a bad cold.
What a great idea for a nice hot soup, we are having such bad weather here in California right now. It has been unusually cold here since November of last year and no end in sight yet.
