This has become a regular at our house for a versatile tasty juicy chicken breast dinner! We like it with the yogurt mixed in the marinade. Question: can you marinate longer than the recommended 3-5 hours? Like overnight? Or will the acid in lemon be an issue? Thanks!

This was a great recipe – juicy chicken with lots of wonderful flavors! I served it with the Greek Salad, Greek Potatoes (really big hit!), Tzatziki, and pita bread. These were all new recipes for our weekly family dinner and made a big hit!

We can’t bbq chicken without this marinade….it is an absolute necessity in our house. The flavor it gives the chicken is so delicious!

Has to be five stars since my husband actually complimented the chicken dish! Easy to make with ingredients we always have. I used the George Forman grill and played the length of time by ear since there are no settings on it. The chicken stayed moist!
