It’s a keeper! Super simple to whip up, juicy, and delicious. When I make it again, I think I’ll try a honey drizzle instead the garlic butter sauce. I served w mashed potatoes and whole green beans and a bowl of sliced cukes for crunch. TY

I think we all want more Protein in our diets these days. I know I’m trying to do more. This sounds so easy and looks delicious too. This is one of those recipes you can make more than you need and then make a beautiful Chicken Salad with it for the next days lunch. I can’t wait to make this, and The Chicken Salad too….
