This looks sooo good. However I am on a low sodium diet. If you have recipes that are low sodium I would love to see them. Also I live alone and it is so hard to cut down recipes. Yes, it’s all about me….Ha, Ha.
I do love looking at the recipes even if I don’t make too many of them. Thank you.

Just made this because I had all the ingredients. I’m goi g to go away now and eat it all myself. It’s delicious! My husband added peas to his for some reason and says the sweetness of the peas is really good with the spicy sauce. Definitely a keeper.
