Melissa, I have mentioned before that this is by far absolutely the best Chicken Pot Pie recipe and your Buttery Flaky Pie Crust is as well. I was wondering if this recipe would work in a jumbo muffin pan that makes 6 large muffins. I feel like the cooking time might need adjusting, but for individual servings on a smaller level served with a nice salad would be an awesome meal. What do you think? Thank you in advance!

I made this Chicken Pot Pie with your Buttery Flaky Pie Crust recipe yesterday and it was absolutely awesome! I wish I could figure out how to post the picture I took of the Chicken Pot Pie when it came out of the oven. I went exactly by your recipe and it doesn’t need any changes at all. It is perfect! My husband and I really enjoyed it and I will be making it again. Thank you for sharing your recipes!

This looks amazing… My 2 sons love chicken pot pies. I have a couple in the freezer right now. Chicken and vegetables sounds pretty harmless to me while I diet. but if I know my sons they will eat the whole thing themselves.
I’m going to gather the stuff tonight and chop and cut up, make the dough for the pie crust and then make it tomorrow for their dinner. Thank you for another really good delicious recipe.
