My family loves these pancakes. Sometimes we add blueberries….so good. I like the suggestion about adding vanilla….that extra flavor makes them even better. I try to be patient and get the grill just right….lots of butter on the grill gives them even more flavor. Yum!

We made these for company on our new Blackstone Griddle…fabulous recipe! Cooked fast and the flavor was amazing and even my husband commented on how fluffy they were! A huge hit! Thank you, Melissa, for another super recipe!

In reply to Chelsea. Hi, Chelsea. The issue might be the skillet or pan that you are using? It has to be really hot. We just made them this morning and used a pancake maker. They cooked super fast and tasted amazing!

These pancakes took a LONG time to cook. I have little kids and I was in the kitchen for over an hr cooking these. The pancakes were good but I’ve had plenty of other recipes that are just as good and don’t take nearly as long to cook.
