My grandchildren loved these pancakes, I had no oats so substituted with organic stoneground flour, they both said the best pancakes EVER!!!

I just made these and added a few dark chocolate chips and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. SO GOOD! I will definately be making these more often Thankyou!!

I am in love with this recipe! It is so easy to make and I love that the recipe has a lot of healthy elements to it that make you feel good after eating them. Love that they are gluten and dairy free but yet you don’t feel like you are missing anything from an amazing pancake experience. Love, love, love this receipe!

I don’t have a blender would I use same amount of oat flour or just add the oats without being blended-thank you

In reply to Bevy Moore. Using a 1/4 cup plain unsweetened applesauce per egg required is a pretty failsafe replacement. Not sure if it would work perfectly in this recipe, but it's worth a shot!
