Came out fantastic. Quick and easy. I used a extra tablespoon of yeast. After the first rise, it said you could go straight to the oven. I let it proof an extra 15 minutes on the counter while the oven was heating. It baked exactly 25 minutes. Definitely keeping the recipe. The texture was really light and airy. Perfect to suck in the butter and honey.

Same here… I think there should have been a 2nd rise… also my dough was extremely wet.

This is an easy recipe to follow. It has a nice crust and it’s chewy on the inside.

Do you need to let it rise again after shaping and putting into pans? My bread didn’t rise and are small loaves. So disappointing.

The perfect quick bread recipe!
We are snowed in and the kids devoured my store bought loaf of bread yesterday….now they all suddenly love toast and sandwiches so I NEEDED bread quick!
Super happy with everything about this recipe. I even used all purpose flour because that’s what I had and it’s still amazing (I will try with bread flour in the future).
