In reply to Beth. I’m thinking it should be fine but just add the gnocchi in the day of your event when you’re heating it up on stove. I’m no expert but just my thought

Absolutely incredible! This was a HUGE hit with my husband, who is quite a picky eater. While the recipe is perfect as written, I’ve also used bone broth in place of chicken broth for an added nutritional boost. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

It was good but it needs something. I don’t like thyme but it was fine without it. I’m thinking it was too rich so I’m going to a 1/2 cup of heavy cream next time or try the half & half instead. I’m definitely not giving up on this soup.

Could you use green beans and corn for the vegetables? I have a family member who doesn’t like carrots.
