I really like a good brocolli cheddar soup but they are hard to find. So many of them are void of flavor, too runny, too creamy, too unhealthy. Your recipe was absolutely amazing!!! It was perfect, literally perfect. My taste buds were super happy and the homemade croutons put it over the top. Your recipes never dissapoint, thanks for sharing your talents with us.
