I made this for my son. I omitted the red pepper flakes, and blended the tomato boursin sauce along with the spinach and pasta water to hide the veggies. Turned out delicious!

Delicious! Made it before with feta cheese but Boursin is creamier . Such a simple recipe but makes a very impressive dish. Sautéed thin seasoned chicken breast and added to the dish before serving. Love your recipes.

This is super good. Made it almost exactly as the recipe said except did not use all the pasta water and reduced red pepper flakes. I’m a wimp. My family felt it was better than the feta version. I am seeing a statement about nutrition information but not actually able to find the info anywhere.

In reply to Melissa. Coming to say I used the dairy free garlic and herb one from Trader Joe’s and it worked well! Im not sure what it’s exactly supposed to be like since this was my first time making it, but my whole dairy loving family enjoyed it!
