Absolutely delicious! I made it almost exactly as posted (just used 1 tsp dry dill instead of 1 Tbsp fresh). I wasn’t sure about adding olive oil to the tzatziki, but it turned out perfectly.

My kids don’t eat anything I spend time cooking (and this was no exception), but I say “Yummmmm this is soooooo good!” in their faces with every bite. I have 2 more servings left. Part of me wants them to at least try it and part of me doesn’t want to share, so…. *shrugs*

Love this recipe! It’s perfection! Additional veggie toppings we like are arugula, sweet peppers, radishes, cubed zucchini… Make it a salad by combining the chicken, veggies and tzatziki sauce. Make your own hummus and dip tortilla chips, pita chips or veggie sticks!
