I used rotisserie chicken from BJs. Everything else was per the recipe. Absolutely delicious. I will definitely make this again.

Made this last night and it was delicious. I used the thinner breasts and baked it about 13 minutes. It was so good. I’ll be making this on a regular basis.

I serve it over angel hair pasta and it is one of our favorites. Love the fresh basil and the sun dried tomatoes. I also use a cast iron skillet, pop it in the oven for a one dish meal. I like to add fresh spinach so my husband will get his vegetables!

Another recipe I was using called for linguine. Was very good! Also, does anybody know if using avocado oil instead takes away from this? I prefer to use it but when a pasta type of meal calls for olive oil I just follow directions. I don’t know if I am a huge fan because of the lower smoke point.
