Really solid recipe. We’ve used this for grilled chicken many times. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours but no more than 6 hours. Grill the chicken, and on the last turn, add sliced pineapple, large tomato slices, and cover in sliced Swiss cheese. Melt cheese remove and serve. Excellent the next day cold too. .

This is my go-to chicken marinade. I even have people who generally don’t like flavorings to absolutely love chicken made with this. It’s the only thing that I have been using for at least 3 years.

Easy, delicious and lovely presentation. A keeper.
Next time I would thicken the sauce with a bit of corn starch or flour for a more gravy like consistency…..only because my partner likes gravy~
Served with cilantro rice and roasted fresh mixed vegetables: onion, peppers yellow squash and zucchini.
