Wow, was this recipe amazing!! I didn’t miss traditional pasta noodles at all!! Amazing flavor and getting some of my veggies in at the same time was a plus. Thanks for this amazing recipe, it will definitely be one of my staples.

This sounds like a great recipe. I always like to take something to work that’s good, tasty, good for you and not to heavy. This would be just right for a lunch. I can’t wait to try it.
