Love this recipe! I used 2 tbsp. of sugar (vs 4) and beat the egg whites separately to fold in. The pancakes were fluffy and we were pleasantly surprised at the light sweet taste. Thank you!

I’ve made this recipe a handful of times now and it’s our default pancake recipe! Once I had some butter/sugar/cinnamon crumble on hand from a different dessert recipe and sprinkled that onto the top of a just poured pancake and let that cook into it, DELISH. I usually slice up a peach, sugar it down so the juices start flowing and add that on top. Love this pancake base – THANK YOU! 🙌🏻

Absolutely delicious!! I had some Meyer lemon so added the zest and juice and threw some fresh blueberries into the batter. The syrup was super delicious as well! Thanks for the recipe, will definitely be making these on the regular

I’ve made these pancakes before, so good! But this time
I used same amount of orange zest and orange juice as recipe had for lemon…and then added a half a cup of mini chocolate chips. Orange and chocolate… So delicious!

I’ll be honest. I just happened to have some ricotta cheese and i didnt want it to go bad, so i saw this recipe and decided if it was good, then great. If it was bad, that’s okay too. I made them exactly like the recipe, and what i ended up with was the holy grail of pancakes! A#1! They are amazing!!!
