Wrote to you earlier today about the unavailability of creamy Italian dressing at the grocery stores. Afterward I noticed you had updated the recipe to include making the creamy Italian dressing from scratch. So I guess you already knew this; sorry I got bitchy. It’s a bummer that this pasta aalad got quite a bit more complicated. Drat! (Please remove my earlier post.)

Hey Melissa, you won’t even believe this, but I had this for dinner about 1 hour ago along with a BBQ chicken breast, it was so delicious. Weather is already getting hot so this is right up my alley now. Mine didn’t look as Beautiful as your does but it tasted so good, cool and refreshing.
