Oh My Goodness, we had these potato’s for dinner last night. They are so good, creamy and full of flavor. I served them with a steak, and it was a huge hit. A big break from a loaded baked potato too! This is only the second time making this recipe but, I will make it often through this winter. Thank you.

Made this recipe with the roasted green chilies and it was unbelievably and amazingly delicious!!! Definitely will hold onto this recipe as a ‘go to’ staple and make it over and over again.

In reply to Julie. You are amazing!! Thank you for already trying the recipe, Julie. That is awesome and I love to hear it! You can absolutely make them ahead of time. The potatoes may soak in some of the cream overnight but they should still be nice and creamy once baked. Great question!
