Try using the white chocolate melting wafers. You can skip the wax that way.

If using white chocolate chips, you need some paraffin wax and a double boiler. Trying to melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave hardens then after a while.

I’m not a mint person at all but these cookies are amazing. I don’t add any peppermint to the cookie but I do in the dip and put lots of crushed peppermint all over the creamy with chocolate you dip them in. They are so delicious and so pretty to look at and have on your cookie plates or boxed.
